Shipping policy

Thanks so much for ordering from Milibricks! We're here to make the order and delivery process as simple and hassle-free as possible, so here's how it works.

Delivery Costs
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries, with their "Tracked 48" service. Orders less than £30 have a £5 delivery charge added at checkout, orders more than £30 are shipped FREE of charge.

If you need that set NOW we can offer an upgrade to "Tracked 24" for next day delivery for an additional £2.50. Please select this option at checkout.

Royal Mail collect orders at lunchtime Monday to Saturday. Tracked 48 delivers 2 days later, or if you upgrade to Tracked 24 its next day delivery. Remember that Royal Mail do not collect or deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays! 

How quickly do we send orders?
We will do our very best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Generally if you place an order before 10am Monday to Saturday we'll try to get the order shipped that day. We're only human! Sometimes we will need a little longer to get orders picked and collected, so we only guarantee shipping within 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

All orders will receive a tracking email from Royal Mail so that you can keep an eye on where your model is. Remember that Royal Mail send emails once we place our order with them to collect it - it still may take them a day or two to collect, especially if there is a weekend or bank holiday when you order.

Once your order is collected its in the hands of Royal Mail! That means that we aren't responsible if they are slow delivering your order. But we have a very friendly postie who does the collecting, and I know they do their very best! Should the worst happen and they lose or damage your order, don't worry! Its insured and we will sort out a replacement if it got lost.

Can we ship orders outside the UK?
Not yet! We're really sorry but shipping to EU or Rest of World addresses isn't possible at the moment. But we are working on it!
